The Early Childhood Education program at Kendall College in Chicago prepares its teacher candidates for exciting, rewarding careers working with children. Whether you are just beginning your bachelor’s degree or have already accumulated some college credit, you can enter Kendall’s Early Childhood Education program at any stage in your education. We offer students practical tracks that suit a variety of career goals and objectives. Choose the one that best meets your needs.
Early Childhood Education Tracks:
B.A. in Early Childhood Education with Illinois Teacher Licensure Preparation is for those seeking preparation for state licensure.
B.A. in Early Childhood Education (non-licensure) is available for those interested in teaching in the field where state certification or a teacher license is not required.
Illinois Teacher Licensure Preparation (post-baccalaureate) is for students who have already earned a B.A. or a B.S. degree and wish to complete preparation requirements for the Illinois Teacher License.
